Fleur Kipper is an Occupational Therapist with extensive experience within workplace rehabilitation and Worker’s Compensation areas. Fleur has worked locally for the past 9 years and professionally across NSW for the past 16 years. Fleur’s areas of experience are in injury management; Return to Work Same Employer case management; Initial Rehabilitation Needs Assessments; Developing barrier / strategy orientated Rehabilitation Plans; Worksite Assessments including developing Suitable Duties Plans; Nominated Treating Doctor Case Conferences; Activities of Daily Living Assessment and equipment / service recommendations; and Ergonomic Workstation Assessment and advice.
